H.N. Organic Farm Private Limited is a commercial enterprise registered under the Companies Act. I, Shri Nibaranjan Das, am the proprietor of this firm. In reality, I am a small organic farmer. After completing my higher education, I decided to become self-reliant through agriculture. With that vision, I began shaping myself as a small tea grower from the year 2012. During that time, I observed that in Assam, where tea cultivation is recognized as a major commercial agricultural activity, farmers heavily depend on chemical inputs. This was a matter of serious concern. However, I was determined to avoid producing chemically contaminated tea. Before me, many farmers had already been practicing organic tea cultivation, and I joined them. But this path was full of challenges. In the process of organic certification, procurement of organic inputs, and accessing fair markets, we had to struggle against various diplomatic and systemic complexities. At that point, I felt committed not only to continue my own journey but also to guide and support other interested yet frustrated farmers. I found strength and motivation in this struggle, especially since my academic background was in Political Science. With the objective of collective action, I brought together interested farmers and formed an organization named “United Organic Small Farmers and Producers Assam.” In this structure, agriculture and farmers represent the first party, industry and production represent the second party, and as the third party, I have taken up the commercial responsibility myself and am working as the organizational representative.

অসমৰ ক্ষুদ্ৰ কৃষকসকলৰ উৎপাদন জৈৱিকলৈ ৰূপান্তৰ কৰি কৃষকসকলক এখন বহনক্ষম বজাৰ দিবলৈ এইচ এন অৰ্গেনিক ফাৰ্মে তৃপাক্ষিকভাৱে (কৃষি-কূৰ্টি শিল্প-এইচ এন অৰ্গেনিক ফাৰ্ম) লক্ষ্য বান্ধি লৈছে। এই উৰ্দেশ্যেই কৃষকসকলৰ উৎপাদন জৈৱিক হিচাপে নিশ্চিত কৰিবলৈ কৃষি সুৰক্ষাৰ বাবে ব্যৱহৃত উপাদান সমুহ পৰিসংখ্যিক মাপকাঠিৰে একক চিহ্নিত “জৈৱিক অসম, জৈৱসুৰক্ষা” নামেৰে নামাকৰন কৰিছে। এই ক্ষেত্ৰত অসমৰ কৃষকসকল যিসকলে জৈৱিক অসমৰ নিয়ম মানি জৈৱিক কৰিব তেওলোকৰ উৎপাদনৰ পৰিসংখ্যাৰ মাপকাঠি জৈৱিক হিচাপে নিশ্চিত কৰাত সহজ হব পৰাকৈ “জৈৱ সুৰক্ষা” ব্যৱহাৰ কৰাটো বাধ্যতামূলক কৰিছে। এইচ এন অৰ্গেনিক ফাৰ্ম প্ৰাইভেট লিমিটেড-এ অসমৰ ক্ষুদ্ৰ আৰু প্ৰান্তিক কৃষকসকলৰ উৎপাদিত শস্যক জৈৱিক উৎপাদনলৈ ৰূপান্তৰ কৰি তেওঁলোকলৈ এক বজাৰ নিশ্চিত কৰাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে নিজকে তৃতীয় পক্ষ হিচাপে লক্ষ্য নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰিছে। এই লক্ষ্যৰ অধীনত কৃষকসকলৰ উৎপাদন জৈৱিক হিচাপে স্বীকৃত (প্ৰমানিকৰন) হোৱাটো নিশ্চিত কৰিবলৈ শস্য সুৰক্ষাৰ বাবে ব্যৱহৃত উপাদানসমূহক পৰিমাপযোগ্য মানদণ্ডৰ ভিত্তিত মান্যতা প্ৰদান কৰি একেলগে চিনাক্ত কৰা হৈছে আৰু ইয়াক সামূহিকভাৱে “জৈৱিক অসম, জৈৱিকসুৰক্ষা” নামেৰে নামকৰণ কৰা হৈছে।  HN Organic Firm has set a tripartite objective involving agriculture, agro-based industry, and HN Organic Firm to transform the produce of Assam’s small and marginal farmers into organic produce and to provide them with a sustainable market. With this objective, to ensure that farmers’ produce is certified as organic, the inputs used for crop protection have been standardized through measurable parameters and have been collectively identified and named as “Organic Assam, BIOSECURITY.”  In this regard, for farmers in Assam who adopt organic practices in accordance with the Organic Assam guidelines, the use of “BIOSECURITY” has been made mandatory in order to facilitate the verification and certification of their production parameters as organic. HN Organic Firm has set a 3rd party objective to transform the produce of Assam’s small and marginal farmers into organic produce and to provide them with a sustainable market. With this objective, in order to ensure that farmers’ produce is certified as organic, the inputs used for crop protection have been standardized using measurable parameters and have been collectively identified and named as “JAIVIK ASSAM, BIOSECURITY.”
