আমি চি টি চি কোলা চাহ বনোৱাৰ মূল উৰ্দেশ্য হৈছে অসমৰ চলিত ৰাসায়নিক ক্ষুদ্ৰ চাহ বাগিছা বিলাক জৈৱিকলৈ ৰূপান্তৰ কৰাত উদ্গনি যোগোৱা। আমি গাঁৱে গাঁৱে ক্ষুদ্ৰ কৃষক গোট গঠণ কৰি সেই কৃষকসকলৰ উৎপাদিত কেঁছা চাহপাত প্ৰক্ৰীয়া কৰিবলৈ ক্ষুদ্ৰ ক্ষুদ্ৰ চাহ ফেক্টৰী প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰিছো। যাতে কৃষকসকলৰ জৈৱিকলৈ ৰূপান্তৰ কৰোতে হোৱা শস্যৰ ঘাটিৰপৰা হোৱা লোকচানক পুৰাবলৈ সহজ হয়। সেয়েহে আমাৰ উৎপাদিত চি টি চি কোলা চাহৰ মূল্য ৰাসায়নিক চি টি চি কোলা চাহতকৈ অলপ দামৰ ব্যাবধান আছে। যিহেতু ই সম্পুৰ্ন জৈৱিক বা ৰাসায়নিক অবশিষ্ট মুক্ত নহলেও ই স্বাস্থকৰ হয়। যিহেতু আমি কমেও ১২ মাহ ৰাসায়নিক উপাদান ব্যৱহাৰ নোহোৱা কেঁছা চাহপাতহে প্ৰক্ৰীয়া কৰো। The main objective of producing CTC Black tea is to encourage the conversion of Assam’s conventional, chemically managed small tea gardens into organic farming.We form small farmer groups at the village level and establish small tea factories to process the green tea leaves produced by these farmers. This helps farmers compensate for the loss of income that usually occurs during the transition period from chemical to organic cultivation.Therefore, the price of our CTC Black tea is slightly higher than that of chemically produced CTC Black tea. Although it may not yet be fully certified organic or completely free from chemical residues, it is healthier, as we process only green tea leaves that have been grown without the use of chemical inputs for a minimum of 12 months.
